Switzerland note: The Switzerland section was added 7 December 2005, using the Swiss postal directory for town names. The webmaster removed many “towns” that were institutions with their own post offices, including even Reader’s Digest. However, some may remain, as the webmaster doesn’t know German, French or Italian.
